Purpose
To achieve mirror surface finish, to improve wear proof and to improve fatiggue strength
Improvement
This is a method of deformation processing , unlike the the method of cutting or machining process.The parts after being superolled are not only achieved mirror surface finishing, but also achieved the improvement of wear proof or fatigue strength which is never being achieved by cutting/machining process.We have experienced in this Superoll Method in General Purpose Engines and Marine Engines.
