We drilled
φ2, 90° taper hole on the end face of a round bar of Sumitomo A1 (HRA91.4), an ultrafine grain cemented carbide.
This time, a Union Tool diamond-coated tool was used.
Compared to the finish of the electroplated tool, the surface is finished quite beautifully.
