We installed die quench equipment(made by AP&T) in our 1,000 ton hydraulic press machine. It has 3-step heater furnace with independent open space and also has a robot for automatic material loading. Its blank size is width2,040mm*Depth1,600mm maximum. As die quench process does not accompany spring back after pressing, we can form metal parts high in shape accuracy.

We support customers with techniques that we gained through automotive parts manufacturing since 1953. We can produce high quality parts in prototype production.
