Lost wax has been applied to highly important parts which require durability.

・Material: special steel, stainless, copper alloy, and aluminum alloy.

Changing material for comparison can be done easily during trial step since same mold can be used.


・Strength：Since integrated casting adjacent parts and attachments is possible, product weaknesses due to assembling and/or welding can be executed.
Movable parts, with weight reduction, unnecessary inertial can be minimized and improve product’s durability.
For the above reasons, choices for a shape and material have increased.

・Casting Surface：can vary depending on casting material, a small parts 12S and a larger parts is 20S.

・Preciseness：compared to other casting method, the preciseness is better and casting time is shorter.
