In such cases, lost wax casting can be effective in the way that it can transform a roll material into near finished shape. In other words, minimization of additional treatments, reduced processing time, and reduced cost. As a side note, depending on required precision, cast produces can be used without any other after treatments.

【Combination With Cheap Mould】
We use cheaper mold, “Quick System (lost wax mold price 49000 yen ~),” for a palm size (60x90x50) small lot (10 pieces ~) trial production. A combination with this system, greater amount of cost reduction can be expected.
