We will gladly assist you on switching to lost wax casting to increase hardness, adding additional rib, and/or reducing parts for cost reduction purpose of farming equipments and environmental equipments. Also, we will deliver the production of many kinds in small quantities with additional process, heat treatment, and surface treatment in short lead time. We accept a small lot (~ 100 pieces) orders.

All materials are welcome.

Lost wax casting has an ability to transform a roll material into a near finished product appearance. In other words, depending on the acceptable common difference, it can provide after treatment-less or reduced machine process steps which resulting in overall cost reduction.
