The measurement room of Maruichi Machine’s QC Section is kept at a constant temperature (variation of no more than 0.5°C) 24 hours a day, year-round.
It houses a wide range of inspection equipment needed for product delivery, such as CNC 3D measuring instruments and optical microscopes. Inspection data is provided to the micron level for all dimensions.
