Our rigorous micro-level measurement of key component dimensions ensures that users will be able to assemble finished components quickly and easily without having to subject them to knocks or undue force. (It is designed to make measurements with 3D measuring instruments a mere formality.)
Managing machining burrs is another area of concern for mechanical components, since an accumulation of several burrs large enough to catch on a fingernail can easily cause distortions of the whole device.
Once we have a sample showing our component’s connection to the core of the equipment, we add visual inspection by optical microscope to the list of inspection processes we perform.
