≪About Zaou Seisakusho Co., Ltd.≫
We specialize in precision sheet metal processing by laser processing and press processing from a minimum of 35 tons to a maximum capacity of 300 tons.
The most important aspect for satisfying our clients' QCD is that we handle everything in-house, from mold manufacture to press work, as a one-stop shop. We provide extensive post-press services such as caulking, tapping, spotting, welding, and assembly.

We design and manufacture the mold depending on the product you desire, allowing us to make precise modifications based on the prototype.
≪Manufacture of moldless products≫
It is possible to support moldless items created by laser irradiation at a reasonable cost if simply cutting (blank) is required.

We also manufacture and sell molds only.

In addition to mold design requirements, we can manufacture molds after obtaining mold design drawings.
