Previously, tapping was conducted individually as a post-process after progressive processing, but this mold incorporates a mechanism that performs tapping inside the mold to achieve combined processing.

Because no post-processing is required, processing costs can be decreased. Our customers are satisfied.

If tap processing is required after press processing but you are unable to afford the expense, we can design and produce the mold in-house.
