We have greatly expanded our manufacturing scope by our reliable forging technology.
For example, in 2002, we began manufacturing a seismic isolation safety device that reduces shaking during an earthquake at the request of Nachi-Fujikoshi Corp. We cut the house's pillars horizontally and placed metal balls between them, allowing the structure works to absorb shaking during an earthquake.
Furthermore, we got an inquiry from an aluminum product manufacturing company concerning the possibilities of producing wind turbine blades for wind power production utilizing an integrated press with magnesium as the material. we created a small prototype by changing the metal material and mold and were able to build a footing for practical use.
