In low pressure casting, the permanent mold is raised onto the melting furnace, the melted aluminum alloy, etc., is injected slowly under low pressure and the casting is formed or molded.
By using low pressure casting for products with strength requirements, we are able to cast virtually without exposing the process to the air, which enables us to also support thin walls and complex shapes.
We use the excellent casting surfaces and dimensional accuracy from this process to focus on automotive parts, such as cylinder heads and exhaust manifolds, and torque converter parts.
