This bed frame is used for operating tables of medical surgery. We used a material with AC7A toughness in order to improve the tinting of the alumite. The material used generally has poor fluidity and is difficult to cast, but our casting technique developed over 30 years enabled us to successfully make a product that was free of blowholes.
