More than 50 years have passed since our founding in Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture. We mainly deal with large-scale machining.
We have a track record of processing in various fields such as automotive mold parts processing, machine tool parts processing, food manufacturing plant parts, and special equipment parts. Processing know-how that combines the use of high technology such as IT and the latest equipment with traditional craftsmanship is our weapon.
[We started operation of large surface grinding factory in summer 2022]
In addition to the conventional surface grinder (1400 x 3000), we started the operation of a new factory with additional portal surface grinder (1800 x 3000) in summer 2022.
We provide trust and actual result.
◎We handle a single item prototype processing to mass production processing
We have track record for high-precision machining of die sets and holders for mold parts, large parts for electrical decoration parts, aircraft parts, etc. Please contact us for mass production processing quantities.
◎We perform in-house integrated production from material procurement to various machining such as planing to polishing, until shipping the finished product.
◎We provide manufacturing with error possibility that less than 1% !
→We introduced scale feedback (closed loop) to all equipment to detect and correct thermal expansion that occurs during processing in advance.
