Apart from that, we also established a multi-process integrated production system in cooperation with neighboring processing manufacturers for the purpose of supporting the productivity improvement of procurement personnel who distribute numerous drawings to multiple processing manufacturers for each process and manage delivery dates.
We handle various needs such as small and medium-sized parts processing, heat treatment, surface treatment, can manufacturing, gun drilling, etc.

[Application example]
CASE 1: You want to place a one-stop order for 1 mold part.
→ We will work with specialized processing manufacturers that specialize in small and medium-sized parts in the vicinity.
We share processing know-how each other, so we can process with the same quality.
In addition, we cooperate with a gun drill processing manufacturer for deep holes such as cooling holes.

CASE2: You want to order 6,000 pieces/month for welding groove processing of small parts.
→There are many processing manufacturers that specialize in multi-lot products in the vicinity.
Depending on the processing details, we create and handle jigs in-house, but depending on the size and shape, we will cooperate with multiple manufacturers to handle them.
It is also possible to inspect the first product of each manufacturer and obtain approval and quality confirmation.

CASE 3: You want to place a bulk order for equipment parts.
→It is very challenging to manage the large number of parts with different materials, surface treatments, coatings, etc. until completion.
If you send us the drawing, we will cooperate with other processing manufacturer that matches the material, size, and shape, and manage the delivery date for everything, from material procurement to surface treatment and painting.
