The BH Analyzer can measure the magnetic properties of permeability (μ), saturation magnetic flux density (Bs), residual magnetic flux density (Br), and coercivity (HC), but magnetic properties of parts before assembly are generally not measurable. Therefore, we measure a ring material that has undergone heat treatment together with the product. At our company, we use the characteristic values of this ring material to ensure quality.

Additionally, we can manufacture rings from the same material charge as the product to meet customer specifications.
