This guide is used for equipment parts in automotive parts plants.
The material is SKD11 and holds HRC61-63. The important precision parts (with a 1° taper at the tip) are smoothly connected with RZ3.2 by lathing, machining→ hardening→ cylindrical grinding and profile grinding. The surface treatment is hard chrome, maintaining a hardness of about Hv900, and providing abrasion resistance and long life.
