Achieves high-precision machining by combining fine cutting technology of φ0.3 ~ withsubmicron precision polishing and grinding technology
It requires many technologies such as cutting, polishing, grinding, heat treatment, super finishing, and rolling.
We are one of the few manufacturers of needle rollers, rollers, and precision shafts that can be integrated in-house in Japan.
With technological and quality capabilities, we have obtained high reliability by supplying to the core part of multi-industries such as "automobiles, machine tools, semiconductor devices, FA industry"
We provide the optimum solution by the technical ability of needle-shaped roller, cylindrical roller, crowning roller, needle pin manufacturing using our main special steel "SUJ2" and the service ability by the fastest ultra-short delivery time in Japan.
90% of the production is made to order, and it is possible to handle both SUS and non-ferrous materials other than SUJ2.
In addition, we can make one to custom orders in terms of shape, dimensions, and accuracy.
As a service strength, we are able to respond to short delivery times within 30 days even for mass-produced products from a minimum of 3 days for small LOT while being made to order.
In shaft processing, it is possible to finish extremely small products the size of a grain of rice with high precision and high quality, and to assemble with bushes or flanges.

・ Fine cutting
Both coil material and bar material can be processed. Cutting from Φ0.3 to φ10 with NC / cam type
・ Cutting press processing
Processing all carbon steel / SUS materials from small LOT to large LOT without end face polishing (0.03 or less)
・ Rolling
Knurling (straight-pattern / twilled-pattern) / screwing / forging is possible
・ Polishing
Centerless polishing (through / in-feed) can be used with submicron accuracy.
Inner diameter polishing (small diameter inner diameter polishing from 1.5 mm inner diameter) is available
・ Grinding
Combined grinding is possible with both ends grinding / surface grinding (D cut / H cut)
·Heat treatment
Non-oxidizing continuous furnace / sub-zero special treatment
・ Polishing process
Barrel polishing (vibration, rotation, centrifugal, tilting) with super finishing (super finishing board SPF, burnishing)
Mirror surface processing of Rz 0.1 or less is possible
Roughness Ra0.1 Ra0.2 Ra0.3 and can be controlled to specify roughness
