・ The basic cylindrical shape was created using lathe functions, while the design motif of “Cherry Blossoms symbolizing Japan” was realized through milling functions.
・ By fully utilizing 【CAM】 and 【multi-axis machining】, we have been able to reproduce intricate details of the 3D model.
・ With TOPSOLID (CAM), the multi-axis machining center can be operated flexibly, ensuring efficient processing and preventing positional shifts during tool changes. The design surfaces achieve clean contours, and the position and depth of the logo are uniformly expressed.
