This decorative plate is an uneven shaped decorative plate manufactured for a gallery in Chiba prefecture.
It is a long sheet metal processing with 2m length.
Basicly, we process it by laser cutting and bending, but we devise the processing method so that it does not hit the mold as bending is a continuous process.
Since this production takes time and effort, there were not many sheet metal manufacturer would accept it. We are highly rated from our customers for this.
