Lubrication troubles (like galling) tend to happen through friction in high temperature conditions. Plastic molds are also affected. Therefore, we have released "Oil-stick 200℃" to cover a high temperature range (120℃ to 200℃) lubrication which previous oil-sticks could not achieve. "Oil-stick200℃" is not a highly liquidly lubricant like oil and grease. The treated sections consisting of holes and channels expand the lubrication components to the friction surface. This implies it is able to create an optimal oil film and, thus, reduce contamination caused by excessive lubrication of molds and products.
