■Repair of rotary tools (milling units)
Our company has been creating rotary tools for many years, with a peak output of 2,000 units per year. In 2016, we established a "rotary tool repair service business" based on our strong technological skills. Our repair service's most notable characteristic is its ability to fix all manufacturers' items with the same accuracy as new ones. As of March 2024, we have fixed over 6,000 devices.
In addition, starting in 2024, we offer spindle unit repair services.

■Cutting Technology
Please leave round items with high accuracy and are difficult to produce like spindles and shafts to us. We have developed and supplied several spindles and shafts that are essential in vehicles, machine tools, industrial machinery etc. We can produce crankshafts with 0.002 mm roundness & concentricity, 0.8S surface roughness, control shafts with 0.5 mm thin-walled polished parts on one side, and eccentric shafts with shifted central axis. We are also capable of shaping such as gear cutting, splines, thread cutting, and key grooves.
Processing examples include spindles for machine tools, crankshafts for automotive products, and shafts for industrial machines.
■Internal grinding
This method involves grinding the inside diameter of cylindrical parts. It can handle a range of Φ6mm to Φ260mm. It also enables internal grinding at any taper angle, even 30°. *Depending on size.
High-precision internal grinding technique delivers roundness, coaxiality, cylindricity, and runout accuracy from the center of 0.001mm and up.
Surface roughness Ra.0.1μm and up.
■Cylindrical grinding
This process involves grinding the outside diameter of cylindrical parts. We can handle diameters ranging from Φ2mm to Φ350mm. We can handle any taper angles, even the 30° angle. *Depending on size
We can grind shafts as long as 1000mm. The dimensional tolerance of 1000mm is ±0.002mm. We also have a CNC cylindrical grinding equipment for mass manufacturing, which can handle everything from single items to large quantities. Geometric tolerances for roundness, coaxiality, runout accuracy and end face squareness are 0.001mm and up, surface roughness Ra is 0.1μm and up.
■Flatness grinding
Flatness, parallelism, squareness, and other features can be modified starting at 0.001 mm.
We can process sizes ranging from 10mm x 10mm to about 400mm x 800mm.
We have a track record of obtaining a symmetry degree of 0.005 when polishing the groove forms of round products, as well as flatness and parallelism with 0.01 mm accuracy when grinding extremely thin plates of stainless steel SUS304 (t=0.8 mm).
