Cool Roof Fan, an evaporative cooling air system
As a comprehensive manufacturer of industrial ventilation systems, KAMAKURA is constantly in pursuit of the ideal ventilation system.
Sales of our flagship product, "Roof Fan," have already exceeded 1 million units, and based on our accumulated experience, we have also succeeded in developing the revolutionary "Cool Roof Fan," an air supply system that will change the concept of factory ventilation.
Cool Roof Fan and Roof Fan realize "Cool Air Supply x Optimum Exhaust" and introduce a new concept of coolness.
Cool Air Supply x Optimum Exhaust Mechanism
Cool Roof Fan supplies a large amount of cool air and Roof Fan exhausts hot air powerfully
→Unprecedented coolness with cool breeze and air flow
Cool breeze for cool comfort
Cool Roof Fan is an air supply unit with a built-in cooling element that uses the vaporization heat action of water. It converts hot outdoor air into cool, refreshing air.
Comfortable airflow with large air volume
The combination of large-volume cool air supply and powerful exhaust air forms a comfortable airflow. The airflow also delivers a pleasant coolness to the work area.
*Outside temperature 34°C, relative humidity 55%.
Cool Roof Fan blowing temperature ⇒ 27°C
(Relative humidity at the air outlet will be approximately 90%.)
Excellent cost performance
Running cost is 1/4 or less compared to industrial air conditioners. Cost saving compared to air conditioner-based ventilation plans!
Smooth replacement work
For compatibility, Cool-Roof Fans and Roof Fans share the same dimensions of their mounts. Replacement work is smooth.
Space-saving & non-fluorocarbon design
The space-saving design allows the unit to be blown down from the rooftop, eliminating the need for a dedicated machine room. Furthermore, the system does not use refrigerant gas, making it environmentally friendly.
It is also ideal for environments where it is difficult to install air conditioning.
Even in factories and offices where air conditioner-based ventilation planning is difficult, "cool air supply x optimum exhaust air" can provide heat protection.
Ex: Factories and offices where large amounts of heat are generated
Factories and offices that need to improve the environment in large spaces
Factories or offices where air conditioning is too costly
Factories/offices that need to replace some of their exhaust fans
