Pure Titanium Plate (Size: T20×W140×L500)

We will machine pure titanium, aka a difficult to process material, using our machining center (vs-100) with groove width pitch accuracy of 10μm and a base parallelism of 30μm.

In most cases, above grooving will cause the base to be curve; however, our original wave removing process, the products we provide will have bases with parallelism of 30μm.

Stainless and steels are certain, a difficult process material like titanium used in airplanes can also be precisely processed.
