Joyofuji Kogyo operates its own production management system which is accessible for all employees. In this way we are able to share and manage the information about our orders, sales situation, and work progress and machine process control.

The system allows us to consult the order status and helps us to plan out a work schedule which can prevent unnecessary overtime and delivery delays. By monitoring the processing time, we can use this information to plan out and optimize the next order.
With this PDCA cycle we are aiming to realize the shortest processing time and fastest processing speed.
