High-precision stainless steel plates are frequently demanded in medical industry and food industry. When processing a big plate, distortion or wrapping occurs, which makes it hard to achieve flatness and parallelism. Joyofuji Kogyo however possesses the knowhow and high processing technique to process the material in different gradual steps. In this way we are able to achieve a flatness of the bottom surface of 30µm and parallelism between the upper and bottom surface of 30µm.

At our company we can process plates with a dimension of up to 1250mm x 800mm with high-precision, even without grinding.
