The high-precision machining center (Dura Vertical 5060) allows us to drill holes with a hole pitch accuracy of 5 µm and also finish the parts with a flatness of 10µm.

In addition it is possible to achieve a parallelism of 10µm on the side wall while drilling deep holes of Φ15.

These products are often requested by customers who require high-precision parts such as the medical industry.

The dimensions of the product which is shown on the picture is 130 × 170 × 700 mm, but it is possible to correspond to the size of up to 600 × 530 mm.
