When the middle part of the material is missing, it is very difficult to achieve the required flatness and parallelism. This makes the machining and processing procedure very important. To achieve this precision cutting we apply two steps. The first step consists of a rough cutting of the material, after which we will finish the product with a fine processing step to achieve the required dimensions.

When it comes to this shape, the smallest defect in any of the applied tools and a too big adjustment cut can cause distortions in the material immediately. This is why we use only the sharpest tools and only cut gradually, in very small steps, to the required shape.
