Using a high-precision machining center (Dura Vertical 5060), we can drill holes with a depth of 20mm and afterwards we finish our products with a reamer to achieve holes with a pith accuracy of 5µm and a flatness of 15µm.

In order to achieve a high-precision accuracy of the step area, we need the required flatness both of the back surface area and of the step area. This product has a concave shape of a width of 30mm and a depth of 15mm and is finished with a flatness of 15µm.

Such high-precision parts are needed in the aircraft industry etc.
