HPM38 is a hard, iron-based material. When cutting big square holes out of this materials, distortions occur in the processed plates. This makes it difficult to achieve the required flatness. Joyofuji Kogyo however possesses the technical capabilities to finish its products up to a flatness of 20 microns, even without applying a polishing step. Through reducing the number of processing steps and shortening the processing time, we are able to realize a quick delivery date at a low price.
