The flatness of the top surface becomes very important at this time.

To achieve high-precision in the upper surface, the same precision is required in the four supporting legs. This means that every single leg has to be finished with the same level of high-accuracy, which makes it very difficult.

Since our company is able to do assembly, you can leave this up to Joyofuji as well. After the assembly of the product, the product as a whole can be processed or grinded in one piece to achieve the required flatness. In this way we don’t need to excessively process each individual leg, but still realize a high precision and flatness of the top plate.

This results in a cost reduction of about 30%.
