With machining center (DuraVertical 5060), it is possible to achieve big and deep hole drilling of Φ30. We are able to finish a parallelism of 10μm between the different holes and a hole pitch accuracy of 10μm.
Such products are mainly used in production machinery for the food industry.
Besides Aluminum, we are capable to process stainless steel and iron. On top we have managed to produce 100 units as quickly as we should only produce one unit.
