Gauge bar parts, used in machining tools, require a high flatness and parallelism accuracy. In most of the cases a grinding step is needed to achieve the required accuracy. This additional grinding step takes time, which results in a delay of the delivery time and an increase of costs. Joyofuji however achieves the necessary accuracy without a grinding step. This enables us to provide the product faster and at a lower cost.

There are many purposes for this product. A high-precision gauge bar can be used, for instance, in manufacturing devices for film production.
