Joyofuji Kogyo can also process taper parts through wire cutting. To give you an idea of what Joyofuji Kogyo is able to deliver, the sample (show on picture) dimensions will be provided.

The sample consists of two parts cut out of the same initial block with dimensions 35 x 60 x 100 mm. The outer product is a square sized 10 x 50 x 50, with a 28 mm center squared hole and a taper of 15 degrees. The inner product has the shape of a trapezoid with height 35mm, base 40 x 40 mm and top of about 21 x 21 mm.

Because both parts are cut with a wire out of the same material block, they both fit tightly into each other. This also results in a reduction of machining time and production cost.

Besides Stainless steel, Joyofuji Kogyo also processes iron and aluminum parts.
