This product is one of difficult-to-cut materials which is carried out to the deep hole boring.

By (DuraVertical 5060), - machining center. When the stepped-down processing is done, the horizontal machining center (HS5A) is next. Then, deep hole and roughness processing on the side is carried out for finishing, which has undergone a deep hole boring of Φ32H7. This deep hole boring parallelism is 10 microns from bottom to the surface in the same core of 10 microns.

Super invar is very suitable for parts such as aerospace, medical, seismic activity detectors, because the volume of the expansion by heat is small and iron's coefficient of thermal expansion is as small as 1/100 or less.
