Trapezoidal screw. The difference between Tr screw and TM screw

There are some type of feed screw such as 30-degree trapezoidal screw (TM), metric trapezoidal screw (Tr), and 29-degree trapezoidal screw (TW), etc.

The TM screw is the old JIS 30-degree trapezoidal screw standard, but it has already been abolished.
Currently, the standard is Tr screws (metric trapezoidal threads), so if you want to be sure, it seems better to contact the customer and get their approval by processing with Tr screw.
