Di Nikko Engineering was established in 1979 in Nikko, Tochigi Prefecture. We are a comprehensive manufacturing outsourcing (EMS) manufacturer whose three pillars are a series of operations from board mounting to finished product assembly, as well as precision equipment assembly operations such as optical equipment in a clean room work environment, and the design and manufacturing of various power supply units. We are currently listed on the JASDAQ market.
We started production activities in China in 1991, and currently have our own factory in China (Shenzhen City-Guangdong, Wuxi City-Jiangsu). We are conducting contract manufacturing from customers that are mainly major Japanese manufacturers. We also procure parts in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. We purchase more than 80% of our production through our own network. Through cooperation between Japan and China, we promise optimal production, optimal procurement, and product supply at optimal prices.
◆EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service) Department/ Electronic device manufacturing contract business
A part of manufacturing by a set maker, or EMS business that undertaking all manufacturing at our company. We can also arrange the necessary parts. One of the features of the DNE Group's EMS business is that we provide one-stop services in process from design to material procurement and production for especially circuit mounting of electronic boards used for electronic products, OA equipment, optical equipment, communication equipment related. We have a track record and know-how.
In addition, as a special field with our high technical ability and abundant experience, we are also good at assembling ultra-high performance optical equipment that cannot be imitated by other companies.
◆ODM(Original Design Manufacturing) Department/Circuit board design, prototype department
This department undertaken by customers to various electronic devices from the design of the circuit board to development trial and mass production trial. We have a lot of achievements focusing on the development of power supply related units that are indispensable for electronic equipment. It is also possible for customers who are considering mass production in the China region to carry out the trial at the China-related factories from the prototype stage.
◆ODE (Original Design Equipment) Department/Production support equipment, development and sales of inspection equipment
We develop, design, manufacture and sell production auxiliary equipment, production jigs and tools, inspection equipment, cleaning equipment, etc. for the purpose of improving production efficiency and stabilizing quality, utilizing our production technology know-how cultivated over many years. We confidently provide only effective tools and equipment we use. We also deal with joint development with external vendors and improvement of products developed by external vendors.
◆TOP Department/Optimal material purchasing business
Not only the parts that the customer has instructed, we also support our customers' procurement of materials by purchasing the optimal quality and optimal cost materials according to their requirements from our own parts procurement network including 600 parts vendors that we can trade.
