We, Endo Manufacturing, have been in business for half a century since our birth.
Since our establishment we have been in a constant pursuit of technology,
cultivating human resources and diligently striving to meet the needs of the day.
We have been operating our company based on the firm conviction that technology ultimately contributes to society.
There is a need for technology at any given time, and that technology helps people grow.
Those people then help the company grow and lead the way in that time.
We believe that only a company that builds this virtuous circle has value.
We follow our management concept, "Creating a limitless future," always taking a novel approach and challenging ourselves to create the advanced technology that the day requires.

Always making great progress for the age
The company only needs the ability to adapt as things change over time.
Developing the technology that the day requires,
pioneering a new age with that technology,
and challenging ourselves to make better products
as we run our business.
Just as there is limitless potential hidden in each person,
so there is limitless development hidden in each business.
Creating a limitless future,
fostering employee happiness and making a prosperous company
leads to a contribution to society.
We have a strong belief in this connection.
