① ±0.5µm Repeatability
Compared to traditional "gap sensors" and "air sensors," which typically have a repeatability of around 20µm, this sensor has minimal signal point variation, ensuring reliable detection of workpiece seating failures due to chip entrapment.
② IP67 Coolant Protection Structure
The sensor can be installed inside the machine tool. Shortening the air piping to the air nozzle increases response speed and improves productivity.
③ Easy Master Setting
Setting the signal point is as simple as placing a master within the allowable tolerance of the jig and holding the master set button for one second.
