Song Cong Diesel Limited Company (DISOCO) is currently one of the manufacturers in Vietnam possessing integrated hot forging capability for crankshafts, covering forging, heat treatment, machining, and quality inspection, serving both domestic and overseas customers.

Large-Scale Hot Forging Facilities

DISOCO currently operates two hot forging workshops, comprehensively invested to manufacture high-load components such as crankshafts:
Hydraulic forging hammers: 63 kJ, 80 kJ
Hot forging machines: 400T, 1000T, 1600T
Hot forging capacity: 15,000 tons/year
Product weight range: from 1 kg to approx. 20 kg per piece

Notably, since 2006, DISOCO has cooperated with Gohsyu Corporation (Japan) in technology transfer for crankshaft forging. To date, cumulative production has reached nearly 80 million units, demonstrating stable manufacturing capability for long-term projects.
