When you tried to change the entire material of the component to carbide alloy to extend its lifespan,
the cost became exorbitantly high! Has this ever happened to you?
This component aimed to change the material from SUJ2 (HRC62 or higher) to carbide alloy,
but the estimated price of the part ended up being four times the conventional price.
[After]
By changing the material to carbide alloy only for the protruding parts,
we significantly reduced material and processing costs!
As a result, cost performance improved by 40%.
