PR message
We handle various surface treatments focusing on hard chrome plating and electroless nickel plating, also various plating, thermal spraying, and cleaning. We built new Kobe Nishi Factory (located in Nishi-ku, Kobe City) in February 2015 with a site area of 2000 m2. This factory handles electric nickel plating, copper plating, silver/tin plating, etc. We also can handle various machine parts overhaul by chrome plating and thermal spraying.
We are acknowledged for masking technology cultivated through many years of experience, and jig manufacturing technology to design and manufacture in-house. We can perform partial plating which is normally difficult.
For hard chrome plating, we can process large products up to 7000L. Besides electroless nickel plating, we handle small to large items.
We have various blasting machine, polishing machine, and buffing machines to perform integrated production from pretreatment to finishing process.
New Kobe Nishi Factory has started operation of new equipment such as nickel automation machine.
