[About blast]
Blast is a method that exposure fine and hard particles such as ceramics and glass beads to the surface of metal to remove dirt and rust on the surface, or a surface treatment method that roughens the surface.
Exposure includes a method of discharging particles together with compressed air from a nozzle and a method of utilizing the centrifugal force of an impeller. Sandblasting is widely used for removing scale from heat-treated products and removing dirt and rust before painting and plating.

We are acknowledged for masking technology cultivated through many years of experience, and jig manufacturing technology to design and manufacture in-house. We can perform partial plating which is normally difficult.
We carry out various activities in-house to pursue quality.
As an initiative to eliminate defective products, we not only carry out 5S regular activities (Sorting（整理）、 Setting-in-Order（整頓）、 Shining(清掃)、Standardizing（清潔）、 Sustaining the Discipline) but also carry out activities to present the quality surveys on site with all employees.
For complaints, we also try to make the first report to our customers as soon as possible by using our own analytical equipment.
In the manufacturing industry, quality is of utmost importance, but we are thinking of maintaining quality, including dealing with defective products.
