【Features】
This is a precision aluminum part for semiconductor and LCD manufacturing equipment.
We primarily manufacture precise holes, tapped holes, and pockets with strict positional dimensional tolerances.
The diameter of the Φ125 hole (blind section) in the center is strictly controlled, and roundness is also critical.
Since the distance between the hole and the end of the material was quite thin, distortion was likely to occur and it was difficult to achieve accurate roundness.
There is also a T-groove with a diameter of 127 mm and a width of 1 mm, however because the plate thickness is thin, distortion is possible to occur.
We devised the setup and construction method to process it.☆
