Sieve frame (shifter sieve)

This industrial sieve frame is manufactured and sold at the Pathum Thani factory in Thailand (a province located between Ayutthaya and Bangkok). It is mainly a sieve wooden frame built into a large sieve machine (plan shifter) in milling, rice milling, and feed factories. The 24-hour sieving process is constantly vibrating. Flour, milled rice, and feed (Nissan: approx. 500 tons) flow into the wooden sieve frame, and are sieved through a designated mesh to separate fine powder into coarse powder.

At present, we are gradually shifting from wood to stainless steel, aluminum and plastic for hygienic purposes from the traditional sieve frame. We are also developing a new product, a plastic sieve frame.
