Although it is an MDF product from a cooperating factory in Thailand, we are in charge of shipping it to Japan. While other major MDF factories often have strict hurdle conditions with a minimum order quantity of 10 containers, our cooperating factories have a gentle condition with a minimum order quantity of 2 containers. This subcontract factory has a good track record in Japan, and the dimensions are 4' x 8' (approximately 1200 x 2400 mm), which is the Thai TIS grade (standards of the Ministry of Industry of Thailand). The thickness can correspond to 2.5, 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18mm.

The raw material is eucalyptus. Because it is made of eucalyptus, the color of the material is relatively white. In addition, the quality is good because it is relatively denser and harder than the rubber material used in other factories in Thailand. However, since it is a relatively hard material, the wear rate of blades seems to be a little higher than other materials.

From 2021, we are moving to support NAF products (additive-free formaldehyde products), and we are making preparations such as NAF certificates. The good point of NAF products is that they are additive-free formaldehyde, so they have a lower formaldehyde value than Japanese F☆☆☆☆ (F Forster).
