Our expert technicians can provide high tolerance for items where high precision is required.

We have three jig grinders of base size about 400 mm x 400 mm at our capacity to perform grinding of pitch holes quickly and efficiently.

To achieve major accuracy, we perform holes machining after assuring flatness and straightness through surface grinding. In case of unexciting reference hole, we create a reference plane using surface and internal grinding to ensure the pitch accuracy.

For airplane-related parts, we also offer grinding in materials like aluminum, magnesium, and carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP).

To compensate for the threads of knock holes in metal molds, we can produce a bushing with an eccentricity that has an external and internal diameter in units of 0.001 mm.

Support for ellipses and key grooves shaped parts is also offered.
