Conventional technologies/differences from other companies
We integrate a high vacuum casting method during manufacturing of many products, which creates a strong vacuum during die casting (diecast). This can resolve quality control issues that are commonly caused by blowholes and other defects. By removing the gas present in the cavity prior to the manufacturing process the amount of gasses trapped in the final product can be greatly reduced.
