Our electro-zinc plating uses a zincate bath and is an environmentally friendly process that doesn't contain harmful substances such as cyanide compounds or hexavalent chromium.

We perform thorough pre-treatment to remove oil, rust, and particles with electrolytic degreasing, acid cleaning, and electrolytic cleaning.
Each of our six plating tanks has an individual power supply to minimize variations in film thickness. We also use an ultrasonic cleaner to completely remove any residue from the plated surface, which helps create a chromate film with excellent adhesion.

We can accommodate workpieces up to 1,700㎜ (66.93in)×1,200㎜(47.24in)×380㎜(14.96in) for total weight of 150㎏(330.69lbs).
