The craftsmanship is breathed in the productsEven if be used high-performance CAD/CAM Computer and good manufacturing machine, the results of manufacturing may be different from intention depending on the skill and know-how of the engineer.It is very important to make adjustment at assembly and final matching for mold manufacturing.When adjusting and assembling the manufactured mold finally, looseness and galling generated can often cause of troubles due to traces of cutting and polishing in the the manufacturing process.It may be necessary to omit the number of manufacturing processes due to reasons of limited delivery time and cost for the customer.In manufacturing the mold for mass production, in addition to the high degree of completeness of each part, the total precision and the smoothing and clearance of the moving parts are very important.It is requested completely different clearances between plastic mold and die-casting mold due to several factors such as material of resin , gate method, temperature regulation by flow characteristics, gas prevention measures, balance design required for multicavity mold, and thermal expansion coefficient.Each combination greatly influence for mass production and casting at the stage of consolidating the molds ultimately. The skilled craftsmenship can make the highest degree of completion to the extent that can not be represented by digital design data and dimension values.The forecast based on the achievements from the past, we will aim for a higher degree of completion.In the mold at the final completion stage, the temperament of the craftsmanship is in breath and fulfilled all the requirements level as mass production mold.We will continue to exist to be the Only One Mold Production Company in the future.
